Lauralu has acquired a majority stake in the Finnish company Hallix

Lauralu has acquired a majority stake in the Finnish company HALLIX, a company specialising in the design, marketing and installation of semi-permanent buildings used for storage, logistics, production workshops and crucially for Lauralu UK sports halls, equestrian centres, leisure facilities, ice rinks, swimming pools and alike.

This acquisition will enable the Lauralu group to expand its range of products by integrating wide span, highly-technical semi-permanent buildings in its offer, meeting the highest market standards.
